Price Match Policy
We’re committed to providing you with the best experience every time you shop. Prices fluctuate daily in accordance with manufacturer’s marketing guidelines.
- Price Drops Before Shipment: If you purchased an item and the price drops before your item has shipped, we will gladly match the new price.
- Price Drops After Shipment: If your item has already left the warehouse, we cannot match any reduced pricing.
Payment Terms
- Immediate Payment: Payment is required immediately upon placing your order.
- Phone Number Requirement: A valid working phone number is required for all orders. We will not ship items without it.
Defective Items
- Contact Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the item’s delivery date if you believe the item is defective.
- Inspection and Restocking Fee: Items that are returned as defective but are found to be in perfect working condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To prevent such occurrences, customers should contact our customer support team for assistance before returning any items.
Damaged Items
- Contact Time-frame: Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery for items damaged during shipping.
- After 24 Hours: Any contact made after the 24-hour window will result in a longer process for replacement.
- Check Shipment Immediately: Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in order.
Shipping Information
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on any order over $99.
- Shipping Locations: We ship within the 48 contiguous United States ONLY. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
- Signature Requirement: A signature will be required upon delivery for all shipments.
- Shipping Timeline: Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, with the exception of holiday season delays (we are closed on most major holidays).
- Multiple Shipping Locations: We ship from multiple locations across the USA.
