Price Match Policy

We’re committed to providing the best experience possible every time you shop. Prices in this industry fluctuate daily based on manufacturer guidelines. If you purchase an item and the price drops before your item has shipped, we will gladly match the new price. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to offer any price adjustments.

Payment Terms

• Immediate payment is required at checkout.
• A valid working phone number is required for all orders. Orders without a valid phone number will not be shipped.

Defective Items

• Contact must be made within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
• If an item is returned as defective but is found to be in working condition upon inspection, it will not qualify as defective. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
• To avoid unnecessary returns, please contact our tech support team for troubleshooting before sending the item back.

Damaged Items (Shipping Damage)

• If your item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims made after 24 hours may be subject to delays due to additional verification requirements.
• Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives to ensure timely resolution.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our customer care team.
• Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if applicable.
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and location.
• Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

• Used Tire Superstore shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement cost or purchase price of the item.
• By placing an order, the customer agrees that any product purchased will be used at their own risk and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
